Money problems

Ok, so I've looked at the figures - and something's gone seriously wrong.
These are the reciept totals I've added up.

Ad team
budget: $50 + 80 (from construction team) = $130
23.37
17.61 = $63.48 (expense)

Construction team
Budget: $250 – 80 = $170
28.50
43.76 (paid by Syd)

29.02 = $169.95 (expense)

Tech team
budget: $80
?


total expense: $233.43 +
total change received: $75.58 = 309.01
total money collected: $380.00

**MONEY UNACCOUNTED FOR: $70.99

obviously this is a big problem. tech team, I still haven't gotten the breakdown of your expenses.
I'm thinking there was some money exchanges between groups that no one told me about.
Can anyone explain what happened here?
